Ticket Booth Position

The Greenfield Oak Park is hiring at the ticket booth and the criteria is as follows:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Must be available Saturday and Sunday.

·         May work up to 8 hours daily.

·         This position is seasonal from the first week of April to the last week of October (Including Holidays).

·         Bilingual Required.

·         Job application turned in by deadline date required.

·         Submitted to Greenfield Recreation District hiring policy process including but not limited to a background check required.

·         Understand the management's goals and align your work with them.

·         Communicate openly and regularly with your manager about progress and challenges.

·         Be receptive to feedback and use it to improve your performance.

·         Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment.

 

JOB SKILLS:

·         Greets customers with a positive demeanor (Customer Service Skills).

·         Learn reservation system and reservation layout.

·         Will receive training as necessary for systems implemented at the ticket booth (cash register/POS, etc).

·         Being able to stand for long periods of time as customers come through the gate.

·         Answer general informational questions about the park including but not limited to the rules & regulations.
